These terms govern use of the Sufrati mobile app and related services. Your restaurant must authorise your account. By using Sufrati, you agree to follow these terms and your restaurant's policies.

Service operator

Sufrati is operated by Karim Nasreddine, an individual developer.

Authorised business use

Use Sufrati only for legitimate restaurant operations and only within the permissions assigned to you. Keep credentials secure, do not share accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful material, harass others, or use communications features in a way that violates law or workplace policy. Restaurants are responsible for their users, menu content, transactions, and legal compliance.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sufrati available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party services, and events outside our control can interrupt it. Features may change to improve security, reliability, or compliance. Important financial and operational decisions should be reviewed by an authorised person.

Ending access

Your restaurant can suspend or remove your access. You may stop using the app at any time. Requests concerning personal information can be made through your administrator or the contact in our Privacy Policy.
