Contact Sufrati support on WhatsApp (+961 71 101 182). Include your restaurant name, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, PINs, or payment-card data.

Privacy and account data

Staff accounts are provisioned by the restaurant rather than created in the mobile app. Ask your restaurant administrator to disable access. For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact Sufrati support on WhatsApp (+961 71 101 182) and identify your restaurant.

Safety and abuse

Report threatening, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate team content to your restaurant administrator and Sufrati support on WhatsApp (+961 71 101 182). Include the conversation and approximate time; do not forward unrelated private information.
